Spencer and Lee review episode 2 of HBO’s “The Nevers” titled “Exposure.” They liked this episode better than the premiere. They go through a recap, Lee awards Best Line of the Episode and they go through best (and worst) character arcs.
If Penance is so talented why hasn’t she motorized Lavinia’s wheelchair? Lots of betrayal in this episode. Lucy is the muscle for the orphanage- she grew up in street gangs! Amalia not from London. No one asked to be touched. Horatio may have touched at least 2x. The Nevers: never should’ve existed. Never what they appear. Never gonna happen per Lord Massen (women in power).
